Project manager opportunities
Project managers are NNE’s main interface with our customers. They are team leaders who are vital for controlling the execution of a project, and ultimately making sure that our customers are satisfied. As a project manager, you may be involved with technical details, but mostly you will direct team activities in the design and execution phases of a project. You will also focus primarily on managing the budget, scheduling, communications and delivery of quality project objectives.
Job types
Project manager
Our project managers lead minor projects with 5-20 team members. They define
the framework for daily project planning and execution, assess risk and uncertainties, inform customers up-front about implications of changes, and recommend mitigation strategies. They also allocate team resources locally.
Engineering manager
Engineering managers set and maintain direction in smaller projects. They are the go-to person for project managers, customers and employees for direction, scope and technical clarifications and decisions. They resolve complex issues within disciplines and are part of the project management team. They are responsible for the overall outcome of the project.
Project portfolio manager
Together with project managers, project portfolio managers are responsible for delivering projects on time to cost and quality standards. They make sure allocated resources are used in the best possible way, facilitate project reporting, support allocated project managers and coordinate project portfolio activities.
Senior project manager
Our senior project managers lead major projects with 20-80 team members and project managers. They do the same as project managers, but also approve team resources globally in cooperation with local country management.
Project director
Our project directors do the same as senior project managers but lead the most complex multi-disciplinary projects. They define strategic and tactical frameworks and make sure plans are fulfilled successfully.
