Six Sigma DMAIC project model training

Get introduced to the Six Sigma framework and the DMAIC project model in this one-day course. Executing and completing successful improvement projects requires a systematic and disciplined approach. In Six Sigma, this is ensured by dividing projects into five phases (define, measure, analyze, improve and control), where each phase has its own purpose and set of specific tools that can be utilized.

If you want to learn how to structure a project based on the Six Sigma project model then this is the course for you. Through case studies and practical exercises, you will gain the necessary skills to select and define relevant improvement projects that will benefit your company and your customers.
